This gorgeous loft suite, comprising master bedroom, mezzanine living area, dressing room and bathroom is the upstairs of our 1905 converted villa on Napier hill (Bluff Hill).
The house - Wirihana - is beautifully positioned facing north (i.e., all day sun) and has some of the best views on Napier hill.
Lying in the king sized bed, bathed in sunlight, you will look out over a native Pourere tree (often home to native birds such as Tui and Kereru) and out to the beautiful Hawke's Bay. It's been described by our visitors as a New Zealand version of the Mediterranean. This is a truly special spot.
The loft suite has a separate street entrance and is self-contained, save that it doesn't have an oven or stove. It does however have a fridge, toaster, TV and we can provide a microwave if needed. There are internal stairs connecting the suite to the rest of the house below.
Our pool is usually warm enough to swim in from October/November onwards and guests are welcome to use it.
On your first morning, we will provide a complimentary continental breakfast including a jar of home preserved Hawke's Bay peaches or plums. For subsequent mornings, you may wish to cater for yourselves or wander down to one of the many cafés on Napier's waterfront. But if you just want life made easy, we can provide breakfast each day which you can enjoy on your balcony overlooking the Bay (additional cost would apply).

Room Details:
There is a king bed in the master bedroom. This can be split into two singles on request.
There is also a single bed in the living area which would suit a third person or child.
There is space for a cot in the dressing room as well (this is actually a nice space, the size of a small single room, with windows and blinds).
