In the heart of the wine growing area of Martinborough surrounded by vineyards on all sides and with it's own vines (Pinot Noir) for you to wander amongst. You can stroll to several main vineyards, the golf course and only 1.6km to the town centre. Built in 1905 but lovingly restored recently it is the perfect spot to sample the essence of Martinborough. All the modern facilites will ensure a most enjoyable stay. Room Details:
2 super king bed rooms in the Cottage and a self contained sleep out with ensuite and a double bed. All rooms open onto covered verandhas plus another sleep out with ensuite with four single beds.

Room Rates:
We have a requirement of minimum revenue from one stay of $550 and between 1st December and 31st March all bookings must be for minimum 2 days stay and a minimum revenue of $850 from one stay. In the period December 20th to January 7th we will require longer bookings with higher occupancy. We have a onetime charge of $10 per head for cleaning.
