When staying at THE WHITEHOUSE you have a choice of 3 luxury suites. The Woodford Suite offers king size luxury, tea/coffee making facilities, TV, DVD, stereo with surround sound. Private use of a spacious bathroom and spa bath, shower and separate toilet. On arrival you receive home baking and refreshments.
Our Iona suite offers a queen size bed. We offer similar to the Woodford suite, with an ajoining small ensuite.
Our Hereworth Suite can be a family suite. Queen size bed plus room for a Portacot & single bed. It has a adjoining ensuite.
All our guests have the opportunity to relax and soak up the warmth of a covered spa pool and deck.
Breakfast is served in the formal dining room or alfresco on the deck. We pride ourselves with our wonderful breakfast selection, continental and cooked.
If you are really looking for something special, try our Diamond package. If you would like a special evening of fine food and wine, Karin and Doug will spoil you. Relax with your hosts or a romantic setting by yourself in the formal dining room or alfresco by the spa pool under candle light and watch the sunset.

Local Activities:
THE WHITEHOUSE Homestay central location is within 20 minutes drive to 5 wonderful Golf courses, with world ranked Cape Kidnappers a must for the golf enthusiast.
Hawke's Bays claim to fame is its wonderful selection of wineries and fine dining. Particularly known for its red wines from the Gimlett gravels. A special occasion is the Harvest Hawke's Bay festival held in Feburary each year.
Also is the Art Deco weekend. Developed out of the ashes of the 1931 earthquake, this week has become world famous, over 300 vintage cars taking part and most visitors dressed up for the occasion.
Other events are Church Road Concert, The Mission concert, Horse of the year and the Horse racing Spring Carnival. Hawke's Bay offers many more weekend activities that make the summer very special.
Recreational Cycling over 100km of trails that offer stunning views. We can provide two mountain bikes for guests use.
For the walking enthusiast Te Mata peak park offers many km's of walking trails that give stunning views.
