The Rising Trout is our lakefront home where a warm kiwi welcome awaits our many guests. We are located on beautiful Lake Rotorua very close by world renowned fishing spot 'The Ohau Channel'. Serenity, birdlife and wonderful sunsets are features of this tranquil place. Accommodation consists two well appointed guest rooms each with ensuite, luxury bedding, glorious views, tea making facilities plus all the other usual comforts of home including access to an extensive home library. We provide a complimentary happy hour and of course a special breakfast. Close by attractions include fishing, kayaking from across front lawn, lakeside golf and white water rafting whilst many other famous Rotorua visitor sites are but a short drive. We love it here. Room Details:
A very comfortable Queen sleigh bed in a larger room. Bed has pure cotton sheets with heaps of fluffy pillows and enjoys uninterrupted views out over the lake. Incorporates a reverse cycle air conditioning unit.
