Traditional 'personal touch' and peaceful family run motels and campground in the beautiful Motueka Valley. Often referred to as a Walkers Paradise, we are centrally situated to three of New Zealands awesome national parks, Abel Tasman (coastal), Kahurangi (wilderness) and Nelson Lakes (alpine and lakes). We have a range of accommodation types and modern facilities including email and spa. We specialise in helping people to experience the national parks and our Courtesy Coach has been running for a year and proved very popular.
A footpath gives our guest a 100m walk to the village amenities, including supermarket, pub, cafe, restaurant and takeaway. If you want to spend a few hours or days in a national park but need a little help then this is the place for you.

Access and facilities for Kahurangi national park including Wangapeka Track, Mount Arthur Track, Mount Owen Track, Leslie Karamea Track. Indirect access to Abel Tasman and Nelson Lakes. Trout fishing in Motueka river and Wangapeka river. 10 minute drive to Golden Downs golf course. 2 minute walk to Tapawera village and supermarket, pub, restaurant etc. Peace and quiet readily available in this walkers paradise.
