SummerStays comprises two entirely separate and private holiday units. The Studio sleeps 2 to 4 people, and the Loft sleeps 5. The units are independent from one another and have entirely private outdoor living spaces. Both are tastefully decorated and furnished with attention to detail.
The Studio is a gorgeous one bedroom studio unit. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, with ranch-sliders that open onto the private patio. The open plan living area has two couches, one of which opens into a comfortable slat bed - just the place for the kids or even another couple! The kitchen is fully equipped for a home-away-from-home stay. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, washing machine and a separate toilet. The sun-bathed, totally private patio off the bedroom offers plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy the sun, or, if you want to get out of the sun, there is the covered veranda - just the place to sit and listen to the tui singing to you!
The Loft is a separate two-bedroom cottage which is suitable for families with children. The master bedroom upstairs has a king-sized bed, and is romantically draped to make your stay a romantic get-away. The second bedroom has bunkbeds, with a double bed on the bottom, and a single on the top; just the place for the kids or a second couple. The room has ranchslider doors for immediate access onto the patio. The dining area is situated in front of a wide ranchslider door onto the patio - open the door and enjoy al fresco dining from the comfort of the house! The kitchen is fully equipped for a home-away-from-home stay. The bathroom has a corner bath with shower over, washing machine and a separate toilet. The outdoor living area provides both covered areas and a sun bathed patio - the perfect place to enjoy a BBQ or just sit in the sun. There is also a sandpit to amuse the kids.

The Loft sleeps 5, and has a king bed in the master bedroom with bunks in the second bedroom (single above and double below).
