You can look forward to a wonderful location, generous hospitality and a well appointed large bedroom with ensuite bathroom and all the facilities you would expect for your travelling comfort. The delightful difference is your hosts - Steve is a great personality, Katherine a superb cook and they enjoy entertaining guests from around the world.
Quiet and peaceful, you can relax and unwind during your visit to Rotorua. Close to top fly fishing streams; there is ample off street parking, spa pool, big living room, lake and city views and a nice lakeside and forest walk to the springs.

Local Activities:

You have discovered a place just across the road from Lake Rotorua and a short walk to The Hamurana Stream where there is wonderful fly fishing and a lovely redwood forest walk to the springs. A short drive will take you to the other wonderful fly fishing streams or a fishing guide can be arranged. There is plenty to do in Rotorua, New Zealand's first visitor destination and still one of the most popular. Springwaters Lodge at Hamurana is 20 minutes from the centre, close enough to be a base for guests wanting to see the sights and activities the town is famous for yet looking for a quiet night's sleep in a rural environment. Katherine and Steve are happy to provide information on all that Rotorua has to offer.
