Checkin Procedure: Please note SKYCITY Grand Hotel has a no party policy. A valid credit card (NOT debit card) is required upon arrival. Our Reception staff will take a pre-authorization equal to the first nights accommodation charge, any other known charges and tax. An imprint of your credit card will be taken and the final bill will be settled on check out. Please note that you may be asked for photo ID at time of check in.
