If you are in the Waikato region for a holiday or business, this stylish, new, self-contained cottage, set in a peaceful rural location offers you quality, privacy and comfort. Ridge View Cottage is perfectly located just off SH1 on the Northern side of Hamilton. It is only five minutes drive to The Base and Te Awa shopping centre and 10 minutes to the centre of Hamilton.

The cottage sleeps 4 persons in two bedrooms, both with queen size beds. There is an open plan Kitchen, dining and lounge area with a separate bathroom and laundry. All rooms open out onto a North-facing deck with views of the surrounding countryside. There is a BBQ and outdoor furniture on the deck and the Ridge View Homestead swimming pool and tennis court are free to be used by cottage guests.

Ridge View is perfectly located just off SH1 on the Northern side of Hamilton. It is only five minutes drive to The Base and Te Awa shopping centre and 10 minutes to the centre of Hamilton. Hamilton airport is a 30 minute drive to the South and Auckland International Airport an hour and a quarter drive to the North. Hamilton is home to the Balloons over Waikato balloon festival, V8's super cars, Agricultural Field Days, Rowing's Great Race on the Waikato River. All these event venues are within half an hour or closer drive from Ridge View Cottage. Closest golf course and river access for boating are 5 mins away.
