15 minute drive to the Kahurangi National Park and start of the Wangapeka Track.Historic old gold sites and many short walks. Guided walks by arrangement. Fabulous scenery and unspoilt natural beauty. 5 minutes drive to the Wangapeka River for great fishing, kayaking and swimming. 5 minutes drive to tennis courts. Local mountain bike tracks to suit all skill levels. Private airstrip 600m from cottage allows for easy transfer in or out to anywhere in NZ. Also stunning scenic flights over the Abel Tasman, Golden Bay, and Nor West Nelson Lord of the Rings area. Scenic drive down the Motueka Valley passes many Nelson wineries cafe's pottery's. Nelson Lakes just 50 minutes drive. Rainbow skifield 60 minutes drive
