A comfortable homestay retreat in the midst of a vibrant region. Easy walking to shops and the train to Wellington. Buses stop at our gate.

Our comfortable 1950s home is just south of Paraparaumu in Wellington's sunny Kapiti Coast district. We are close to transport and amenities - just a short walk to the Coastlands shops and Paraparaumu. We are 2km from the beach and Raumati shopping centre. Around our dining and lounge area is decking making the outside as enjoyable and easy to access as the indoor living spaces. Our two cats love company. We offer bed and breakfast accommodation in 2 good sized bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double) with a guest-share bathroom.

Wellington is a very active area for music and arts, food, wine and the outdoors.
