LivingSpace is located in the vibrant new SOL Precinct (www.sol.net.nz) with a variety of bars and clubs surrounding us which makes it a great place to be if you want to enjoy central Christchurch night life. Please be aware that the area comes alive on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, therefore noise can be experienced, however it's the perfect place to stay if you're after a night out.

Checkin Procedure: 24 hour staffing available. If arriving outside office hours the main entrance doors will be closed. Please contact the Duty Manager using the Intercom who will let you in and meet you to check-in.
Credit Card details are required on check-in. Early check-ins are possible subject to availability. Luggage storage available for early arrivals and on day of departure.
