Landing Cottage is a luxury Bed and Breakfast, set in an acre of beautiful garden. Close to town and historic sites. Our single party booking policy means your group has the entire guest-wing to themselves. The guest-wing which can accommodate up to 6 adults, is spacious, airy and has a beautiful view of the garden. The large guest lounge has ranch sliders out onto your patio and there are Tea and Coffee Making facilities and TV & DVD. Guests have a separate entrance, guaranteeing your complete privacy. We are opposite picturesque Waipapa Landing where you can launch your boat and we have plenty of parking. Start your day with our delicious breakfasts from the menu, and then go and explore the amazing Bay of Islands. Elaine & Ian are happy to help you plan your trips.
