Welcome to Aucklands picturesque marine suburb of Devonport. Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, our charming Victorian villa and self-contained cottage offer REAL home comfort. Karins Garden Villa is also known as the "Devonport dream with a Germanic twist". Our relaxed, peaceful park-like setting is an ideal small Wedding Venue. Light cosy rooms, each with private entry via French doors opening onto our wide verandah and cottage garden. Enjoy a nutritious breakfast in a warm atmosphere in our sunny day-room overlooking ever-flowering lavender. A short stroll takes you to the beach past extinct volcanoes. Close to golf-course, tennis club and Devonport Village with its many shops, cafes and restaurants. Downtown Auckland is just a 15-minute drive or a leisurely 10-minute ferry ride away. We also speak German, Dutch and French. "Come as Guests and leave as Friends". Karin comes from Germany and Sjef from Holland and both speak German, French and Dutch. We have seen a lot of the world and have had 15 years experience hosting international guests. Always happy to help you arrange island cruises, rental cars and tours. Children welcome.
