Modern facilities include one Queen bedroom with relaxed seating. The other room as living room or queen bedroom with a pullout sofabed, desk and chairs, Sky televison, tea and coffee provided, telephone and WiFi Internet access. Cellphone coverage is good.

We provide bed and breakfast, without breakfast, and pricing options for 1- 4 adults.

ArtStay because we love art and Peter Augustin is a painter and can provide art tuition and activities.

Local Activities:

ArtStay because owner artist, Peter Augustin provides art activities and tuition. Peka Peka Beach is 1.5 km away, and provides a good walk and swim in the warmer weather. Clothes is considered optional on the northern part of the beach. Restaurants are in Waikanae (3km away) or Paraparaumu (7km away). Car Museum (6 km away), Golf at Paraparaumu, Waikanae, or Otaki, within 20 minuite drives. Kapiti Island tours available through Dept of Conservation (DOC). Good walks in the near by valleys and hills. Wellington City - 45 minutes by car, 1 hour by train from Waikanae. Paraparaumu Airport has Air2there flying to Blenheim and Nelson. Air New Zealand will start flying to Paraparaumu in October 2011.
