Full kitchen facilities with gas cooking set in an open plan dining/living area all with fabulous Lake Te Anau outlook. Gas Water, Heat Pump and double glazing enhance this warm home. Additional electrical heaters available if required. The spacious, sunny King bedroom with ensuite, views native bush clad National Park. There is a Queen room, two singles and a fourth single bedroom also. Attached to the house is a secure triple garage with laundry facilities and internal access. A lovely outdoor furniture set with a huge covered BBQ grill. Situated conveniently close to town shops and Te Anau Lakefront.
