Sited on the shores of Lake Pukaki, and only 15 minutes from Mt Cook Village, Glentanner Park offers superb views of the mountain and excellent access to the National Park which has long been a sanctuary for mountaineers and adventurers alike.
We have a purpose built visitor centre with friendly and knowledgeable staff who can book a wide range of local activities including glacier trips, horse trekking, flightseeing, fishing, and skiing.
Within the complex you'll find the Merino Retail Outlet, where you can purchase genuine New Zealand merino woollen goods along with a range of quality souvenirs.
You'll also find a restaurant and cafeteria, for a light snack or a substantial meal. The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch all year round with evening dining during summer.
We offer a wide range of budget style, self catering accommodation options at Mount Cook National Park.
