We are rurally situated in peaceful surroundings yet less than 1 km from the main road and beach, 25 minutes from Whakatane.
Our stylish B&B unit, Qualmark 4 star, is separated from the house by a carport where you can park your car. It is let to only one group at a time.
We invite you into the house or the garden/outdoor area where we will host a gourmet continental breakfast featuring our garden-fresh, home-made organic foods, or choose the private and self-contained option where your breakfast will be provided for you to get at your leisure in the unit.
Mimiha Cottage, Qualmark 4 star, is a stand-alone, self-service, fully equipped cottage 160 metres from the house. A wonderful place to relax and unwind with Mimiha stream tunefully gurgling its way past, and native birds, - tui, kerereru, bellbirds - are regular visitors.
Our gorgeous garden is open to visit but free for your pleasure.
We grow and make delightfully different garden goodies and preserves (some for sale).
Our wonderful outdoor spa pool is available for your use at no extra cost.
There is a petanque court and relaxation areas outdoors, plus walking tracks on farmland and road....and we are very central for day trips to tourist spots like White Island, Mt Maunganui and Rotorua - all within an hour from here.
