Fernleaf House is a beautifully restored victorian villa located within a short stroll to the Martinborough Square. We offer a fresh and stylish decor with clean comfortable furniture and fittings guaranteeing you a relaxing and private retreat.

Bi-fold doors open out onto the deck with a BBQ to enjoy alfresco dining and a glass of the local wine on the long summer afternoons and evenings. The fully fenced section along with petanque boules and board games makes this house very child friendly. Now with new 32" LCD Television with Freeview.

With a portacot, highchair & change table provided, babies are most welcome too!

Room Details:
Our villa comfortably sleeps six in three bedrooms (King with en-suite, Queen and 2x singles) with the choice of 2 sofa beds if needed in the family/dining area and the lounge to accommodate 8.

Also free use of portacot for babies along with a highchair and changetable.

Room Rates:
Fri/Sat/Sun nights are $180 per couple, $50 per extra adult and $25 per child (under 12) per night.

Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu nights are $150 per couple, $50 per extra adult and $25 per child, per weeknight.

Weekend tariff applies to all public holidays. Minimum 2-night stay Friday to Sunday and public holidays.

Cleaning fee of $60 per stay not included in the above prices.
