A magnificent Victorian style villa, surrounded by beautiful large gardens.
The villa was originally built in 1906 in Auckland and 90 years later transported in 3 parts to this quiet hillsite just North of Rotorua, overlooking rolling meadows, lake Rotorua and Mount Tarawera.

Country Villa is only a 10 minute drive away from Rotorua city centre with all its attractions and great restaurants,yet far enough away from the sulphur fumes.

There are 3 queen ensuite rooms available downstairs as well as a guestlounge with TV, DVD and stereo. On cool evenings a large woodfire is burning.

Upstairs a two bedroom suite,sleeps up to 5 people, with private bathroom facilities and a small TV room. The turret is part of the main bedroom and has views right around.

Relax on the large deck with comfortable outdoor furniture or find a quiet corner somewhere in the garden .

Go for your morning run along Dalbeth road and enjoy the farmland around you with the cows, horses and sheep quietly watching.
The views are amazing.

Rotorua is well known for its natural beauty and Maori culture.
A fishing guide can also be arranged for you and the Lake View golfcourse is only a few km away.
