Stay at the Supreme Marlborough Environment Award winning Wildlife Park in an out of the world place! Tui Nature Reserve is part of a 160 ha semi-island wilderness in the Sounds. When you arrive at the wharf we will take you on an exciting ride with a Kawasaki Mule. Your retreat is 180 meter above sealevel! It boasts exceptional views of the Pelorus from every window & the verandah. Enjoy the lovely walking tracks which will end up on beautiful private beaches. You can take kayaks (beginners) for a relaxing time on the water & to enjoy the secluded beaches for a picnic and a swim.
There is a possibility for a guided conservation tour including a look at the native reptile breeding programme.
The only way to get here is by boat or floatplane. Boat tours leave from Elaine Bay and Duncan Bay. Enjoy the rocky shores with also the possibility to see the rare King Shag & other magnificent marine wildlife. The mailboat leaves every Friday from Havelock.
There are two types of accommodation, the Falcon Retreat and Tui Haven (more info on our website). Meals can be organized.

Time is standing still at Tui Nature Reserve. All you have to do is enjoy your surroundings. Boat charters available. The crystal clear beaches are very private and save for swimming. The bush is very inviting with mature trees and some wonderful views. We run an active conservation programme, this includes training of dogs for conservation purpose, breeding Kakariki and reptiles for future release. Kids love the beaches with two beginner kayaks available and a wharf. There is also a guided bush or night walk available.
