Clover Downs Estate Country Stay Bed & Breakfast is situtated on a 7 acre Acredited Deer & Ostrich lifestyle block - just 15 minutes north of Rotorua city centre offering affordable fine accommodation with a total commitment to comfort, quality & high standards.
All 3 spacious suites are individually decorated & furnished with designer fabrics and have every facility consistent with a "home away from home" envirionment. All consist of refrigerator, tea & coffee facilities, TV, DVD, mini stereo, telephone, wireless internet & private outdoor decks. Each ensuite has shower, toiletries, heated towel rail & heat lamps.
After a sumptuous breakfast you are welcome to go on our popular FREE farm tour to feed the Deer, Ostriches and Alpacas & round up a few Suffolk sheep with our dogs Grace, Pinot & Savy who simply love our guests.
Minutes from town you will discover a myriad of things to do and see, stand upon active volcanoes, peer into craters, see boiling mud, or maybe soak in a hot mineral pool.
Visit our many awesome cultural and scenic tourist attractions, catch a trout on one of the many lakes in the area, walk cool forest glades or maybe play a round of golf.
The city has an impressive array of cafe's and restaurants which offer cuisine from all over the world to tempt the palate or maybe try the Hangi, the traditional Maori feast.
