Situated 100mtrs from safe and sandy Ti Beach, 10 minute walk from the centre of Paihia village and Wharf.There are many attractions located close by, like Waitangi golf course which is a 5 minute drive away, walking trails,numerous water and boating activities and tourist buses pass the front of the property.
