Views down through valley of bush then over Gulf Harbour,separate entry, off street parking in quiet no exit road. Queen bed & sofa bed,walk to the marina, shops or catch the ferry to Auckland or Tiri Island. Play golf go for a sail, catch a fish or go for a bush walk.
