A farmstay-style bed and breakfast on the beautiful southern coast, 10 minutes from Dunedin town centre. The cottage is warm and tastefully decorated, set in a large established garden. There is a separate bedroom with queen bed, a lounge / dining area with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with a corner bath. A heatpump keeps it cosy on the coldest days. There are books, games and a selection of DVDs for wet days.

Walk over our farmland for stunning coastal views or relax on the sunny deck. Tunnel Beach and Blackhead Beach are a short walk or drive away.

Continental breakfast is provided. Children very welcome (portacot and highchair available). Children's play equipment in garden.
