Jim & Lorraine invite you to share & relax in their modern home at Mount Maunganui. NZ's most popular beach is only 30 seconds away & is great for swimming, surfing, walking or sunbathing. We are close to the action but far enough away to be quiet.
Relax & enjoy great sea views from our 3rd storey guest lounge with tea & coffee making facilities or indulge with Jim's cappuccinos. The lounge has a fridge, sinkbench, tea & coffee making facilities TV and a stereo/CD player.

Off-street parking available.
