Room Description: The bedsit unit is a beautifully converted bedroom in the front section of our historic Dunedin Villa. (The rear section includes the manager's residence). The unit is a bedroom with a King bed, comfortable sofa, and LCD digital television. There is a modern ensuite bathroom. Cooking facilities are limited to electric jug, toaster and refrigerator with crockery for two people- suitable for making supper or a simple breakfast

Room Description: Our studio units have a bedroom/living room with a double and a single bed as well as comfortable armchairs and television. There is also a kitchen with full cooking facilities including a microwave as well as dining table and chairs. These units are suitable for one to three people.

Room Type: 1 Bedroom
Room Description: The one-bedroom units have a bedroom with a queen sized bed and single bed. The living room has dining table and chairs, comfortable seating as well as an extra bed. There is a kitchenette attached to this room with full cooking facilities. These units are suitable for two to four people. If necessary an extra person can be catered for using the sofa bed.

Room Description: Our two bedroom units have a King Size bed (that can be split to form two single beds) and a single bed in the main bedroom. There are two single beds in the second bedroom. The lounge has a sofa and armchairs as well as dining table and an extra single bed. There is a kitchen attached to this room with full cooking facilities. These units are suitable for three to six people. The use of the sofa bed and rollaway beds caters for any extras.
