Avon Lodge Central Motel-Apartment is an individual unit, in a quiet cul de sac, within 5 minutes walk of the Central City, and therefore hundreds of cafes, restaurants and shops.

It is adjacent to the beautiful tree-lined Avon River with punting, park benches, picnic areas, and pleasant walks, There is the whole of central city's choice of shops, restaurants and activities.

It is fully self-contained has separate bedroom with queenbed, ensuite, spa tub, separate toilet, full kitchen, laundry, cosy lounge with tv etc, all linen, towels, tea, coffee etc supplied, and lock-up garage. Tariff: $95/night November to January, $85 February, $75 March to August, $75 September and October. From $450/ week.
RUGBY 2011 tariff: $195.00 first night double, and $150.00 for extra nights.
