Steve, Florrie & Andrew welcome you to Otane's original 'Boarding House' - a large white villa, full of original character, within the village (just off SH2 5 mins north of Waipawa). Tea & Coffee available in bedrooms or walk to charming cafe, native tree nursery and dairy. Enjoy our 3/4 acre garden with Chinese moon gate, relax on the verandah swing seat and watch the occasional train pass (Steam trains in Summer). Short drive to one of many very quiet white sandy beaches - Mangakuri, Kairakau, Aramoana ... and vineyards - Lime Rock, San Hill, Junction ... use the BBQ, trampoline or bikes and have a hearty breakfast with our our own free range eggs.
We have 2 friendly Labrador Xs - Max and Shadow.

All share guest bathroom. Separate toilet + sink for cottage.
