Wairua Lodge is a purpose built wood lined lodge with seperate accomodation. It sits on a sunny ridge in a Hidden River Valley, just 12 minutes from Whitianga township.It offers boutique accomodation as a retreat for romantic getaways, a real New Zealand experience for international visitors wishing to stay in our native forest with its own rivers and swimming holes. Wairua offers four serviced Hidden Valley Snug rooms and The River Deck Suite, which is self-contained 2 or 3 bedroom accomodation for families or friends to share.
Soak in our romantic Treetops Bath house, while gazing into the native bush, and if you are lucky a Morepork may settle on a nearby branch.
Wake up to the morning birdsong, while looking across the gardens , into the Coromandel Rainforest.
