Your own north facing lounge opens onto your private patio area to the west, catching the last rays of the setting sun. Comfortable outdoor furniture is provided.Your accomodation comprises:- Twin Bedded double room, ensuite bathroom and lounge/kitchenette all self contained with your private entry from the patio. Flexibility is the key to the service we offer our clients. You can choose the bed and breakfast option or self catering or a mix of both. The apartment allows you the freedom to come and go as you please. The location is excellent for those who enjoy outdoor pursuits. Walking tracks, mountain bike tracks, rock climbing and hill road cycling are all accessible from the property. The beach at Sumner is 10 mins drive away. There are a number of excellent restaurants and bars that can cater to most peoples tastes within a 5 to 10 min drive. Should you choose bed and breakfast you will find all you need for a good self service continental breakfast in your kitchenette. Full cooked breakfast is offered if desired with the family at weekends. We also offer half day guided walks or bike rides in the area, by prior agreement, or pick up/drop offs for those of you who wish to travel in one direction.
